Abhay is the founder and CEO of CustomerInsights.AI (CIAI), focused on helping Life Sciences Organizations leverage Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for their Commercial Operations organizations. CIAI leverages ciPARTHENON – a multi-tenant, no-code, data management and insights platform – that is designed and developed to deliver proactive actionable insights in near real time for Life Sciences Commercial Operations organizations.
Abhay has more than 25 years of leadership experience in Sales and Marketing consulting (ZS Associates, IMS/IQVIA) for Life Sciences companies. He has deep expertise in leveraging latest technology for addressing business issues across the sales, marketing and technology functions of Life Sciences companies.
He is a Principal Shareholder in a mid-size technology company, where he is responsible for step-change initiatives including incubating new product ideas from concept to commercialization, divestments, and acquisitions.
He advises several technology startups and has also launched successful ventures. In his spare time, he follows sports – Cricket, NFL, MLB, F1, EPL – and learns one new skill a year.
Abhay has M.B.A. (Economics, Finance) from University of Chicago; M.S.(Computer Science) from Northwestern University; and B.Tech (Electronics Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India.
